In 1923 Samuel Posin, a former Russian immigrant achieved the American Dream by opening a fine jewelry store in downtown Wheeling, West Virginia. His son, Howard Posin carried on the family tradition by opening Howard's Diamond Center in 1979. After 30 successful years in downtown Wheeling, HDC relocated to the new retail development “ the Highlands” in 2010, where they have remained a family owned and operated cornerstone in the fine jewelry business. You are sure to find owner Seth Posin along with is father Howard Posin at HDC on any given day. This dynamic duo, along with a friendly and supportive sales staff, go out of their way to know customers by name, and always offer exceptional personal care.
