If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange it within 30 days.  

We are a designer jewelry company and hand make each piece to order, therefore, full refunds are not available.  As we searched the web, it was difficult to find a single company that refunds custom designed jewelry purchases, only generic, so please don't be misled by 100% Money Back Offers...to the best of our knowledge, they don't exist.  But here is the GOOD news, in our 40 plus years, we have never been asked to return or exchange anything, ever...YEAH!!  We never needed a "100% money back guarantee", instead we have something better - a long track record of 100% Satisfied Customers. OH YEAH!!!

Please know, we will always be happy to size, refurbish, repair or do any minor alterations to your purchase for as long as you own it. 
Simply contact us with the requested work and we will be happy to discuss the cost if any with you, and if needed, prepare an estimate for your approval.

Instructions and Restrictions*

  1. Contact Mark directly at 800.993.5900 to discuss any issues and to receive a Return Authorization Number (RNA).
  2. Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be deemed acceptable exchange. Items showing obvious signs of      wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Mark Silverstein Imagines will not be accepted.
  3. Engraved pieces cannot be exchanged.
  4. The merchandise must be received by MSI within 30 days of delivery.
  5. Diamonds must also be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report, or a $150 charge will be assessed to replace the certificate.
  6. Sorry, we are good, but we cannot resize eternity bands, as they need to be completely re-crafted. Therefore, it is very important that you order the correct size at the time of purchase,  they are not available to exchange.  Find your ring size here.
  7. We do not accept any merchandise for exchange that required special customization or alteration per your request.
  8. We do have an 'oops option', which means; if you contact us via email within 48 hours of your purchase and want something changed, select a different item, or simply want to cancel your order and request a refund, we will accommodate your request 100%. No questions asked.
